We are looking for a Receptionist for the Hotel MORGENROTH in Bad Blankenburg!
Would you like to work in a friendly hotel environment where we value our employees as much as our guests? Then we are looking for you!

• Ensuring a professional reception operation and being the first point of contact for our guests
• Check-in and check-out of guests, management of reservations
• Communication with guests in person, by phone and by email (in German and English)
• Handling guest requests and cooperation with other departments in the hotel
• Responsibility for the cash register and invoicing
What we expect from you:
• Friendly and presentable appearance
• Experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems (experience with Previo is a plus)
